Partnership Focus

Since 2003, more than $27 million has been granted through the Cubs Charities Community Fund (formerly known as Cubs Care), making a positive impact in the lives of thousands of children and families every year.

The Cubs Charities Community Fund supports organizations addressing the following issues:

  • Sports-Based Youth Development, including organizations focused on social emotional learning and safe places to play
  • Education, particularly those supporting key educational transition stages, college and career readiness, and persistence in post-secondary education
  • Health & Wellness, including organizations addressing food insecurity in Chicago communities

McCormick Match

The McCormick Foundation matches funds raised at 50 cents on the dollar. We pay all campaign and administrative expenses, so one hundred percent of all donations, plus the match is granted to qualified nonprofit organizations.
