Accelerating Public and Private Investment

Chicago’s South and West Sides boast significant assets, from legacy commercial corridors to historic building stock. Through our community partnerships and our civic relationships, the Foundation is uniquely positioned to identify investment opportunities to enhance economic and community development and grow employment. Our philanthropic capital can unlock public and private funding that communities can leverage for compounding returns.

Alongside our focus on physical assets, we are investing in entrepreneurship programs, business support services, and job training in Englewood and Little Village to accelerate economic development throughout the communities.

Applications for funding are extended by invitation only. At this time, unsolicited letters of inquiry are not accepted.
